3 Piece and a Biscuit!

WWW
« on: November 19, 2009, 04:28:22 PM »

Ok. New Project, Lower cost. But it'll take longer to do because Im buying the BAR first. This should be one of a kind...or at least close too it.

Your wonderful PPsh-43! Pictured below. Ive never seen a paintball marker put into one of these SMG's, so why not be the first to do it?
Heres a pic:

And the parts kit:

As you can see, the parts kit comes with everything but the receiver. Which I dont need because the marker I choose will take its place. Now if I order the parts from the website listed in the kit picture, its gonna run a little expensive. However, If I order it from Gunbroker.com I get can it for cheaper, but it has to be shipped to a FFL dealer. Or I can be paitent and hope Sportsmansguide.com gets another kit in.

As for the marker to put in it, Im thinking of a Classic mag or a XValved mag. XValved mag of course will run into more Expense. But judging by the size of the PPsh stock, it wouldnt be able to put a 98 or A5 in it. Im not doing a Ion...I want this maker to have a bit more finess Smiley

So given that I can get a parts kit off of Sportsmansguide or elsewhere, This project may run less than $400 Smiley

Ideas? Comments? Concerns?  After this project I was start on Project SS

I thought this was funny. I emailed a compay who had a parts kit for cheap...this is the email trascript:

I asked:

Good morning,
I was wondering what is included in your PPSH-43 parts kit (with no barrel) Does it come with the wooden stock?
Thanks!

The response:
I DIDN'T KNOW THEY MADE THEM WITH WOOD STOCKS. THE UPPER RECEIVER IS CUT BADLY , EVERY THING   BUT THE BARREL

How professional...

I am resurecting this Project...but with a different marker. Previously I was going to do a PPSH-41 Mag...I still might do that later..but now I have my sights set on a very unique pump Smiley

Working with Engler..He will be making me a Mosin Nagant Carbine Phantom. Completely bolt-action operated. Im trying to find the pic of it that he posted on Facebook. When I do Ill post it here.

Rough estimated cost with be $550 Cheesy. I will be purchasing the Phantom and a long stocked Mosin Nagant rifle..sending it to Engler to have him work his magic!

This will be my LPD marker.
