I spent about 2.5 hours on this one and it looks like crap. Dremel is doing more harm than good.

This one splits in half and is supposed to be used for allen keys. It is one long piece when opened up.

The one I would replace this one with is much longer and is 2 separate pieces connected with 2 screws.

Made of a very soft plastic. Dremel pretty much melts it....

not sure how that would act on a mill. Might melt it. We could try it on the old on first though. You could try taping it off with some painters tap, cut i close with the dremmel and sand it with some fine grit sand paper.

I think that's what I'm gonna do next time. Get it close with Dremel and do the fine stuff by hand. This one is gonna run 20 bucks so I want to get it right lol.

Are you planing on puting 45 rounds in it or just the casing? Looks like the hole is to wide for the casing.

Wasn't supposed to be that wide. I messed up about 3 times and this was as close to ok looking as I could get. It's just barely to wide for 9mm casings. I'm hoping 45 casings just barely fit. New one will be smaller.

Don't think so without heavy modding.

Dang, That barrel is still a bit longer than I thought it would be. Grant it the Phenom is a tiny marker to begin with. Mag looks good. I still think it would look better with the longer mag..but I understand where you're coming from by keeping the shorter one.

Smallest the Assault comes in is 10....bigshot comes in 8 which fits a bit better, but a real UMP's barrel sticks out about this far. It's just tiny in diameter.

The mag looks better in the pic lol...not so good in person. Once I finish this I'm gonna redo it and when I do I have to do it with the longer one. Just won't be able to lay down to well.
