Well, figuired I'd post up this rebuild that I did earlier this year. Picked this up and man, it needed a complete rebuild! All external parts were corroded or rusty. The internals were all gunked up and the pumpstroke is horrible. It had a field engraving on the top and several gouges and pits.
But...it aired up and shoots
As I got it:

First step - completed! I did a full tear down and cleaned and degreased/re-oringed the bolt/hammer assembly. The grips are actually nice wood grips, just very dried out and peeling. I sanded and treated them - they turned out pretty damn nice.
Second Step - My brother Dale polished the body for me and stripped/sanded the steel parts and potmetal grip frame.
Final Step - Reassembly! Got the parts back from Dale and reassembled. On the top it was sloppily engraved 'SNY' when I got it and it had several deep gouges in the body. All gone! Dale far exceeded my expectations, awesome work - this is a beauty now - and he did it in literally a couple hours!
