I made my phantom a phuzzard this weekend. I only used one pump arm so it really more like a ghost so you can call it a phost aswell i guess. I turned down a pump handel from a piece of solid 1 3/4 inch aluminum round stock. then I drilled and taped the bolt and in the process I have concluded that the phantom bolt is made from the hardest substance on the planet. Then I made a pump arm and milled a slot in the body. Im not completely done, I want to make a new pump arm and im looking for a nylon spacer to go between the pump arm and the bolt as well as a spring to go over the barrel between the pump handel and the body. Now for pics. ( Crapy cell pics for now, better pics tomarrow)    Heres a pic of the pump handel being made. It turned out super comfterable .  |

I need to protect the pump Handel and pump arm because the metal is really soft so I was shunning about powdercoating the pump Handel, arm and a l stock red. What do you think?

Yep. I made the handle on a lathe. Made the nylon spacer today and got her up and running. It's pretty dang smooth and there is zero and I mean zero zip nada 0.000 pump wobel! |
